CH Cyg is a symbiotic stellar system, recently (Hinkle et al.) discovered to be a triple, with a third low-mass star in a 14 year orbit about the central pair. The complex behavior of CH Cyg, which includes cycles of activity and quiescence, can be mainly attributed to the inner binary. CH Cyg was first discovered to be an X-ray source by EXOSAT observations (Leahy & Taylor). Recent followup X-ray observations have been made with the ROSAT X-ray telescope and PCSC detector. An analysis of the X-ray spectrum yields two emission components. A time variability analysis of CH Cyg shows no variability detected in the present observations.
