The analysis software for use with RHESSI data produces images using one of several algorithms like CLEAN or PIXON after a simple selection of a few control parameters. It's all quite automatic. Simple tools are provided to extract the flux from a region. There is, however, little to guide the analyst in determining robustness of the result. For example, how much would random deviations in the incident counts perturb the result. This presentation will illustrate methods that use elements of the existing software to evaluate the robustness of any RHESSI image by creating images using count rates sampled from a probability distribution consistent with the original data.
