Recent development in RI Beam provided a big leap in nuclear structure physics and nuclear astrophysics. In nucleus, new types of structure such as neutron skin, neutron halo, molecular structure bound by loosely bound neutrons etc have been discovered. In astrophysics, reaction studies of radioactive nuclei relevant to nucleosysthesis have been successfully demonstrated. Those recent important developments will be reviewed.
