The reddening, density, and luminosity functions determined for 1362 stars in a field of 0.217 sq deg, in the anticenter direction, are compared with the corresponding results in another anticenter field which lies only about 7 deg apart from it. While the character of the overall density function is not significantly different in both fields, those of limited M(G) intervals, as well as the individual absorption situations, can differ considerably even between those observing directions that lie only a few degrees apart.
