The photoelectric UBV observations of BH Cen by Sistero, Grieco, and Candellero (1983) are analyzed by means of the Wilson-Devinney (1971) approach. The system is found to be in contact, and with a degree of overcontact equal to about 48 percent. The mass ratio is revised to 0.84. The absolute dimensions are calculated. It is suggested that BH Cen may be an early-type zero-age contact system with a mass ratio not equal to unity. The system could be of great importance for testing theoretical modeling.
