The SYMPA instrument, build in collaboration between LUAN and OCA, is a
Mach-Zender interferometer that provides images of giant planet
surfaces. The Doppler shift on the surface modulates fringes on the
images. SYMPA will give informations on giant planet interiors through
the oscillation modes we highly suspect for Jupiter.
