Results are given for the observations made with the astrolabe during the year 1986. No change has been made in the star catalogue (since 1956) and in the computation (since 1972). The results are in the intermediate system requested by the IAU for the astronomical reduction (IAU 1976/1980). The system is the FK5 system but with positions of the stars still given by the FK4 catalogue. The height of the pillar has been changed (but not its coordinates): it is now possible to observe at 30° (with the usual prism) and at 60° (with a special reflecting prism). During the year 1986, experiments (at the zenith distance 30°) have been made in order to test the angular stability of both type of prisms. Observations performed with the classical prism are indicated by an asterisk.
