Scientific paper

Results of investigation of the meridian axial circle right ascension system are described. Research is based on one year compain of FK5 stars observations with the photoelectric micrometer. Standard error of one observation is 0.165″sec z)0.5 for right ascension, σV = 0.079m for star magnitudes V, σB-V = 0.118m and σV-R = 0.045m - for colour indexes.
