Amplitude and phase characteristics of spectral impedance are constructed according to ground-based and MAGSAT measurements. Their geoelectrical interpretation is carried out in the class of parametric models. A planetary geological cross section is obtained that is characterized by a conducting layer about 200 km thick at depths of 600-700 km. This layer coincides with the location of the deepest earthquake centers.
