The results of observations of the nebula on the RATAN-600 radio
telescope at wavelengths of 2.08, 3.9, and 8.2 cm are reported. It is
shown that the emission has a thermal spectrum. A region with a low
density of material is revealed at the center of the nebula. A
hypothesis about the nature of the observed structure is advanced.
