The CBI is a 13-element interferometer operating between 26 and 36 GHz at an altitude of 5080 meters in the Chilean Andes, covering a range in ℓ between 400 and 3500. It has been observing the Cosmic Microwave Background since January 2000, and in a polarization-optimized configuration since September 2002. We discuss the latest results from CBI observations of the CMB in total intensity and polarization, including the most significant detection of CMB E-mode polarization to date, and their cosmological implications. When the CBI EE spectrum is combined with the lower-ℓ DASI and Boomerang EE spectra, the angular scale of the power spectrum is determined to better than 3 independendent of TT measurements, a powerful consistency check on the standard model. The polarization data are consistent with adiabatic-only fluctuations, and are highly inconsistent with models that grossly modify the heights or locations of the Doppler peaks, such as would happen if there were significant isocurvature fluctuations.
