Scientific paper

Results are given for the observations made with the astrolabe APP during the years 1983 and 1984. No change has been made in the star catalogue since 1956. The observing technique and computation method have also been unchanged since 1972. The results are in the FK4 system and reduced, as requested by the IAU from 1 January 1984, with the new system (IAU 1976/1980) of astronomical constants. The results of the year 1984 are given in the table together with those of 1983 reduced with the new constants.
