Results are presented for 150 time and latitude observations that were made in 1981 with the open-pupil astrolabe at the Observatory of Paris. The results are given in the FK4 system. It is noted that no change has been made in the star catalog since 1956 and that the observing technique and the method of computation have remained unchanged since 1972.
