Results of neutral air density, temperature and pressure measurements obtained between November 1968 and June 1972 in the height range between 80 and 95 km over Arenosillo, Spain are given. A simple foil cloud payload, primarily designed for wind finding purposes, was used. The results obtained are compared with CIRA Standard Atmosphere data and ground based radio wave absorption measurements. An estimate of the accuracy of the method is given.
