Tracking Modules, or 'hodoscopes', made from planes of Limited-Streamer Tubes are being applied to the observation of extensive air showers in the Palermo Leeds Air Shower Tracking Experiment (PLASTEX). We describe here a theoretical model used for interpreting deterministically the so-called multihits, in terms of the numbers and precise locations of gas discharge avalanches. The model is used in formulating rules for pattern recognition, and for generating artificial data by means of Monte Carlo simulations.
