In this paper we propose a new revenue maximizing dynamic game for allocating
resources to strategic users. We show that for the proposed game there exists a
symmetric subgame perfect equilibrium, which is not only unique but also Markov
perfect. Furthermore, we fully characterize it and derive the revenue of the
network's owner.
