On 2008 May 2, Chandra observed the X-ray spectrum of the Xi Boo binary (G8 V+K4 V) using the LETG grating and HRC-S detector. This is the first time these stars have been resolved at X-ray wavelengths, allowing the study of the coronae of the two stars separately. As expected, the primary dominates the system's emission in X-rays, with the secondary accounting for only 11.5% of the system's total emission. The primary, Xi Boo A, is important because its youthfulness, spectral type, and close proximity (d=6.7 pc) make it an excellent target for studying the coronal spectrum of a young, moderately active, solar-like star. Emission measure distributions and coronal abundance measurements from the spectra will be presented for both stars.
