Our development and rearrangement of the system of Astronomical Data Analysis Center (ADAC) are described. We have begun by mirroring automatically or semi-automatically some of the other astronomical data centers such as CDS in France and ADC in USA. ADAC has now become the center with the greatest number of astronomical catalogs in Eastern Asia. Some mechanisms for the effective management of the catalog center have been developed. They include a WWW server and an anonymous FTP service for searching and retrieving the catalog data from ADAC, and the software for automatically constructing a list of existing catalogs.
