The effects of the radiation pressure in the restricted three-body problem are considered and the existence of the 'out-of-plane' equilibrium points is analyzed. It is found that within the framework of the stellar stability, the five Lagrangian points are the only equilibrium points, at least as far as the force of the radiation pressure is taken into account.
