The process of baryon production in the hot Universe is investigated in the framework of the relativistic kinetic theory. The exact solution of kinetic equations for supermassive bosons is obtained, thus giving the possibility to correct the results of previous papers: the known optimum domain of baryon production mx > αxmPl√N is complemented by the small-mass boson domain, mx very low αxmPl√N; as a result the cosmological lower-limit restriction of the superheavy bosons' masses is removed.
