The jets that are produced in X-ray binary systems can have a large impact on the surrounding environment. These jets can affect an area in many different ways. In the case of the low mass X-Ray Binary GRO J1655-40 a nearby region of extended emission may have been affected by its jets. By collecting over 250 minutes of integration time at 1.4 GHz (L Band) and over 200 minutes of integration time at 5 GHz (C Band) using the VLA public archives we were able to make deep field images of GRO J1655-40 and the surrounding area. The southern relativistic jets that are expelled from the source are ejected in such a fashion that they could be hitting the extended emission. However, the extended structure appears to not be caused by the jets but instead it appears more likely to be some supernova remnant unrelated to the source. We would like to acknowledge support from the NSF REU program and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory.
