The equations of relativistic fluids in special and general relativity are derived within the framework of Boltzmann equation. Cosmological solutions for a dissipative Universe with one component and with interacting dark fluids are found by including a dynamic (non-equilibrium) pressure, which is the responsible for the irreversible processes.
