We shown that the relativistic rotating electron- positron jets are stable with respect to axisymmetric as well as spiral perturbations. The energy of the eigen modes is absorbed near the regions of Alfven resonance. There the amplitudes of the electromagnetic field have the large values and a particles obtain high energy forming the power low spectrum. We calculated the synchrotron radiation from them, and comparing with observation data, found that BL Lac jets differ from quasar jets by larger angular rotational velocity.
