It is shown that the equilibrium densities of electrons and positrons produced in matter as a result of particle collisions change due to the localization of electrons in a strong magnetic field. The density of the number of pairs produced increases both in the case of high and low temperatures. In a relatively weak magnetic field, the increase in the number of pairs produced is small. In a sufficiently strong field, the increase in pairs produced is substantial.
