The paper is concerned with the derivation of a general system of equations of relativistic electromagnetic gas dynamics in terms of general and special relativity. The equations of relativistic electromagnetic gas dynamics, like those of classical gas dynamics, contain kinetic coefficients that are assumed to be known functions of thermodynamic variables. Dissipative processes and processes related to gas interaction are described by the corresponding energy-momentum tensors. The Lagrangian and Hamiltonian forms of equations of nondissipative relativistic electromagnetic gas dynamics are presented, and a system of equations is obtained for symmetric stationary flows.
