Five photographs were chosen from a series of spectrograms of the NIR region of Comet Halley in the 6000-9000-A interval. The molecular bands CO (3-0), (4-1), (10-2), (11-3); H2O(+) (0,7,0),(0,6,0) NH2 (0,6,0) (0,5,0); and CN (2-0), (3-1), (4-2), (5-3) in the red system and C2 (2-0) in the Phillips system were identified. An asymmetrical distribution from cross sections of CN was detected; it is explained by the effect of jets in the circumnuclear region.
