We calculated self-consistently the intracluster gas distribution and its X-ray surface brightness distribution in a cluster of galaxies, while giving the mass distributions of the galaxies and dark matter. By comparing the resulting X-ray surface brightness distribution with the observational results for various clusters, we determined the relative contributions to the cluster mass densities from member galaxies, intracluster gas and dark matter, as well as their individual distributions.
