Solar-Terrestrial Relations: Solar Constant, Solar-Terrestrial Relations: Solar X Rays

Scientific paper

The measurements of the time delay of the 100 kHz one hop sky wave and the solar 1 - 8 Å X-ray flux measured by SMS-GOES are compared with the solar constant measured by SMM/ACRIM I. The comparisons and analyses show that the negative correlation exists between the solar 1 - 8 Å X-ray flux and the solar constant, while the time delay of LF one hop sky waves is positively correlated with the solar constant.
