It is known that central regions of galaxies and quasars are distinguished by particular intensity at high frequencies. At the same time, peripheric extent regions of radio sources, caused by jets, are detected best of all at low frequencies. We determine the share of jet component to radio emission for different types of compact and giant radio sources. Our results indicate the correlation of jet share of radio emission and linear size, characteristic age, magnetic field strength for different types of extragalactic sources.
