The regular precessions about the center of mass for a gyrostatic satellite with constant gyrostatic momentum relative to the body in a circular orbit in a Newtonian force field are studied. All possible regular precessions are determined. Complete lists of necessary and sufficient conditions for regular precessions for symmetric and asymmetric satellites are obtained.
