Preparation of an VLBI observing program includes the selection of radio sources satisfying the definite values of parameters. For the observations of pulsars, a preliminary list of objects is formed. For them, a list of reference extragalactic radio sources is prepared. For this we use a program which allows the selection and sorting of radio sources according to coordinates, flux density, and other parameters. The program has an open structure, i.e., the possibility of adding new catalogs of radio sources. (Abstract only).
