An analytical solution is obtained to the problem of determining corrections to the stellar-astronomical constants in the case when the systematic differences between the FK4 and FK5 catalogs with respect to proper stellar motions are specified using expansions in the system of Legendre-Hermite-Fourier functions. It is shown that compared with the FK4, the FK5 does not contain any significant new information from the point of view of determining the parameters of the spatial motion of the sun or the Oort coefficients of Galactic rotation.
