Redshifts: Dark Matter, Redshifts: Cosmological Models

Scientific paper

An alternative way to produce redshifts is postulated. Data and rotation
curves for the galaxy NGC 3198 are used to find a redshift/dark matter
relationship. This leads to a static universe where the dark matter is a
phenomenon caused by the redshift energy losses.
