V624 Her is a 6th magnitude 3d.6 double-lined eclipsing metallic-lined binary of middle A type with eclipses about 0.18 mag deep. Analysis of a new set of 6.7 Å mm-1 spectrograms, combined with a reanalysis of Zissell's curve on the basis of the spectrophotometric light ratio, yields well-determined properties of the components. The hotter component is the most massive and the largest of all Am stars with well-determined properties.
