Spectral analyses have been conducted of the time series of the fluxes of protons, He, CNO, and Fe group ions in each of two energy intervals measured during a series of low energy interplanetary particle enhancements by the HI-SCALE instrument aboard Ulysses during much of 1993. The fundamental rotation rate for the nearest Fe enhancement was about 26.5 days; several other shorter periods were found. In all cases, rotation rates were shorter than those of the IMF and the solar source field at the time.
