Scientific paper

Formulas for determining the beat frequency in the recording of Riemann
waves are derived in which ionospheric disturbances do not affect the
computations. In the case of slowly varying wave parameters, the
formulas hold as long as the parameter variations remain small at
distances on the order of 1000 km.
