An expanded analysis of the spectrum and eigenfunctions of normal modes of oscillation of black hole and neutron star accretion disks will be presented. This will include a formalism for including the effects of thicker disks as well as viscosity. Arguments for the identification of some modes with features in the RXTE power spectra of some black hole candidates, and in certain cases the determination of their angular momentum, will also be presented.
