Results are given of 6-cm radio observations in 1978 and early 1979, of infrared observations in early 1979 and optical observations in May 1979. Over a period of 15 months, 6-cm observations were made at 24 of 29 predicted transitions. The level of radio activity was low in 1978 but rose again in 1979. The radio and X-ray activities are well correlated, implying a physical connection between the radiation in these two regions. The results suggest that the visual and infrared continua are produced by the infall of matter to a compact object which is surrounded by a disk of matter. The mean velocity of H alpha emission is high (about +250 km/s) and consistent with a runaway origin from G 321.9-0.3.
