We have carried out a further study of the behavior and physical properties of the dwarf novae UZ Ser, X Leo and CN Ori during quiescence, using archival IUE NEWSIPS spectra. Previous studies (Henry and Sion 2001; Urban et al. 2001) determined the best-fitting white dwarf models and best-fitting accretion disks to the quiecent spectra but did not use combinations of disks and photospheres along with the best distance estimates. We have re-ananlyzed the three systems with composite disk plus photosphere models and present the results along witht their implications.. This work was supported by NSF grant AST9901955 and a summer research grant from the NASA Delaware Space Grant Consortium
