New strontium isotopic data of calc-alkaline Pliocene-to-Quaternary lavas (southern Peru) confirm their anomalous isotopic composition compared to those of calc-alkaline rocks from active margins where continental crust is not involved. Gradual enrichment of radiogenic Sr occurs during fractional crystallization of calc-alkaline magma. The variation of the isotopic composition of these lavas as well as 87Sr/86Sr versus 1/(86Sr) diagrams form the basis for a model involving processes of fractional crystallization combined with mixing and addition of radiogenic Sr that originated in continental crust and was transported by a fluid phase. De nouvelles données isotopiques en strontium sur le volcanisme plio-quaternaire calco-alcalin du Sud du Pérou confirment les anomalies de composition isotopique de ces séries, par comparaison avec les données obtenues sur les séries calco-alcalines de marges actives où une croûte continentale bien exprimée n'est pas impliquée dans le processus de subduction. Un enrichissement progressif en Sr radiogénique se produit au cours de la cristallisation fractionnée du magma calco-alcalin. Les variations des données isotopiques sur ces laves sont discutées en utilisant des diagrammes du type 87Sr/86Sr en fonction de 1/(86Sr) et un modèle est présenté, faisant intervenir des processus de cristallisation fractionnée et de mélangé avec apport de Sr radiogénique en provenance de la croûte continentale, par l'intermédiaire d'une phase fluide.
