In this paper we are concerned with incompressible MHD turbulence in a rotating system and have derived an equation for the rate of change of vorticity covariance of MHD turbulent flow. The result derived shows that the defining scalars x(r, t), ~(r, t), and y(r, t) for the rate of change of vorticity covariance solely depend on the defining scalars of the tensors Wi,, P~3, FkJ, T~1, and RkJ,f already defined in the text
