We present data on the integrated linear polarization degrees of a complete sample of core-dominated radio sources at a wavelength of 3 cm, observed with the NRO 45-m radio telescope. We divide these sources into two classes: blazars, which are listed in catalogs, and the other sources, which we called non-blazar sources. We find that (1) blazars have systematically larger degrees of polarization than the non-blazar core-dominated radio sources. (2) The 3-cm polarization degree of blazars correlates with the optical polarization degree, but does not correlate with the core-dominance parameter. (3) The 3-cm polarization degree of the non-blazar sources does not correlate with the optical polarization, but does correlate with the core dominance parameter. (4) The empty fields have smaller degree of polarization than the quasars. We conclude that the blazar and non-blazar sources form distinct classes; that is, not all the core-dominated radio sources are blazars.
