Observations of Cyg X-2 obtained at 1.49, 4.9, and 8.4 GHz using the VLA on nine days in June and October 1988 are reported and analyzed, with reference to data from previous Green Bank and VLA radio observations and simultaneous X-ray and UV observations. The results are presented in extensive tables and graphs and characterized in detail. The radio fluxes are shown to be well correlated with the X-ray fluxes, strong (2-5 mJy) during the X-ray horizontal and high-normal branches and weak (0.3-1.5 mJy) during the low-normal and flaring branches. The mechanisms relating the observed variations in radio flux to presumed changes in the mass accretion rate are discussed.
