The Type IIb Supernova 2009mk (CBET #2080, #2086), in the galaxy PGC 474 (ESO 293-34), has been observed with the ATCA + CABB 2 GHz backend system on 2010 Jan 23.1 and 2010 Jan 30.1 at frequencies of 5.5 and 9.0 GHz. No radio emission was detected in either epoch at the supernova location, with a 3-sigma upper limit of 0.20 mJy at 9.0 GHz, and a 3-sigma upper limit of 0.15 mJy at 5.5 GHz. A background radio source located 4.5 arcsec east and 0.2 arcsec south of the optical position of SN 2009mk yielded a constant flux of 0.8 ± 0.2 mJy at 5.5 GHz, and 0.4 ± 0.2 mJy at 9.0 GHz at both epochs.
