Observations of the Abell cluster A754 were made on April 25, 1976 at 2,695 MHz from the secondary focus of the 100-m radiotelescope of the Max-Planck-Institut and a map of the area containing this cluster was produced. Scanning of the 42 x 60 arcmin area was in right ascension at 60 arcmin/min and scans were made at intervals of 1 arcmin in declination, requiring 43 steps for the whole map. Calibration used the source 3C286 and an internal switched noise diode. Extended radio emission was observed within the position ellipse given for the X-rays source 3U0901-09. It is suggested that the position ellipse is in agreement with a motion source with a very steep spectrum.
