Radial velocities were determined for eleven open clusters older than ~ 1 Gyr and distributed over a range of positions in the anticenter of the Galaxy. Moderate resolution spectra of an average of 30 late-type stars in each cluster were obtained using the 4.0-m telescope at KPNO and Hydra multi-object spectrograph. Radial velocities were found using cross-correlation techniques; and values were obtained for five clusters for which there are no previous radial velocity measurements, Be 17, Be 31, Be 32, King 5, and King 11. The relationship of the kinematics of these clusters to previous work and to the motions of other disk populations is discussed.
