Markarian Galaxies:Radial Velocities, Radial Velocities:Markarian Galaxies

Scientific paper

The results of a detailed spectroscopy of Mark 7 are presented. Although
the east and west parts of the galaxy have different kinematic
properties, the area where both parts come into contact have the same
radial velocity. It is concluded that Mark 7 is a single rather than a
double galaxy.
