The results known for Green-Lazarsfeld sets and solvable or nilpotent
quotients of Kaehler groups are extended to the class of (compact Kaehler)
geometric orbifolds with finite and integral multiplicities. The proofs are by
reduction to the known case of compact Kaehler manifolds.
