Latitude sections of f0F2 in the presence of quasi-regular disturbances were analyzed on the basis of Alouette-1 satellite data and ground-based vertical sounding. The effective horizontal phase velocity (200 m/s) was determined along with the propagation direction from the geomagnetic equator. The quasi-regular disturbances are compared with TIDs and plasma bubbles.
