We extracted objects observed as bright sources both at infrared and X-ray wavelengths. We performed cross-identifications (cross-ID) with 2MASS (Two Micron All Sky Survey) and ROSAT (Roentgen Satellite) all-sky Point Source Catalogues (PSCs). Each PSC contains about 4.7×10^8 2MASS and 130,000 ROSAT objects. To reduce the processing time needed to treat many objects, we developed a semi-automated cross-ID system with a step-by-step algorithm. We found approximately 11,000 objects, of which 7,300 have reliable magnitudes to plot in a Color-Color Diagram (CCD). About 1,000 objects are located outside of the position of normal stars in the CCD. Since their location is coincident with that of known quasars or AGN, we suspect that these objects are also quasars or AGN.
